Deliveries within Europe are handled by DPD and in the netherland with TNT

For most countries within Europe, DPD offers the 'predict' service. When your order is collected from our company by DPD, you automatically receive an email with the parcel label number and a link to track the parcel.
The day before delivery, you will receive an email from DPD informing that the parcel will be delivered the next working day. On the day of delivery, you will receive the 'predict' notification, by way of an email in the language of the country of delivery with the information stating the time frame within 1-hour * the parcel will be delivered. Through the live tracking system, you can follow your parcel exactly. If the delivery day or time does not suit you, you have the following 4 options:


  • Selecting a different delivery date
  • Selecting a different delivery address
  • Delivery at a Pickup parcel shop
  • Permission to place your parcel in a safe place outside your house 


If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you still do not receive the parcel, DPD attempts delivery one more time. Once again you have the same 4 options as mentioned above to receive your parcel.
